We have dedicated enormous resources to making our project an example for a healthy and sustainable urban future. The design of The Corner is solar passive and includes a central breezeway, with fixed glass louvres which allows passive, yet controlled, cross ventilation to minimise heating and cooling requirements.

Eco-friendly Earthwool batts and precast concrete throughout ensure thermal and sound insulation, while every window is double glazed for thermal and acoustic comfort. Our solar panels power the heating and cooling when needed.
